2. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Consultation Fees: Consultation fees are non-refundable.
• Treatment Cancellation: If a client wishes to cancel an appointment, we request at least 24 hours’ notice. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.
• Refund Policy:
  • Once a treatment session is completed, no refunds will be issued.
  • For pre-paid treatment packages, refunds are subject to the clinic’s discretion and will only be considered in special cases such as medical contraindications.
  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-14 business days via the original payment method.
• Rescheduling: Clients can reschedule their appointments without extra charges if done within the allowed timeframe.

• Image Plus Clinics and its staff are not liable for any unforeseen complications arising from non-compliance with pre- or post-treatment instructions.
• Clients are encouraged to discuss any medical history, allergies, or concerns with the practitioner before proceeding with any treatment.
• Any liability arising due to external factors beyond our control, including but not limited to product reactions or unforeseen medical conditions, is not the responsibility of the clinic.
